Morning arrival in Trapani and departure climbing to the medieval village of Erice (riding along scenic switchbacks or via cable car with bike). Descend along quiet rural roads to Custonaci and under Monte Cofano cliffs to the beaches of San Vito Lo Capo. Return to base in Trapani.

Gourmet Stop (INCLUDED / EXTRA): Stop in Erice for hot genovesi pastries and almond sweets at Maria Grammatico. Guided winery visit and tasting at Fazio Wines in Fulgatore (INCLUDED). Fish Couscous Trapani-style recommended in San Vito Lo Capo.
Morning boat departure from Trapani port to Favignana. Loop cycling tour of the island on flat roads and cycle paths, visiting Cala Rossa, Cala Azzurra, and Bue Marino cliffs with swim stops. Return to base in Trapani.

A non-cycling day taking the boat from Trapani port to Marettimo island. Coastal hiking through Mediterranean scrub towards Punta Troia Castle or Case Romani, combined with sea cave exploration with local fishermen and swim stops. Return to base in Trapani.

Hotel change day. Depart Trapani through the Salt Pans Nature Reserve of Trapani and Paceco along dirt tracks between salt basins, reaching Stagnone Lagoon and Ettore & Infersa Salt Pans facing Mozia island. Check-in at the second base in Marsala.
Terrain: Cycle path, compact dirt track, and rural asphalt
Gourmet Stop (NOT INCLUDED / EXTRA): Aperitif at Ettore & Infersa Salt Pans with sea salt crostini, local cheeses, and chilled Grillo wine at the windmill. Fresh sheep ricotta cannolo in Marsala.
Cycle into the agricultural heart of the Trapani province along low-traffic country lanes through vineyards and olive groves, ascending to the historic village of Salemi. Return downhill to Marsala or by regional train (ticket not included).
Terrain: Farm tracks and quiet rural asphalt
Gourmet Stop (NOT INCLUDED / EXTRA): Handmade busiate pasta with Trapani pesto or local pork ragù in a typical trattoria in Salemi, paired with Vastedda della Valle del Belìce PDO cheese.
The final riding stage follows the flat southern coast along quiet country lanes and seaside promenades to Mazara del Vallo. Visit the historic center and the unique Kasbah district. Return to Marsala.
