We leave the city to immerse ourselves in the spectacular landscapes of the Reloncaví Fjord. After a short boat transfer, the ride unfolds along gravel and paved roads that follow crystal-clear waters and lush forests of giant ferns and nalcas, trees typical of this region. Arriving in Puelo brings us into contact with a small village that preserves the authenticity of Chilean Patagonia, with an overnight stay in cozy bungalows surrounded by nature.
Km Stage: 65
The journey continues toward the end of the Reloncaví Fjord, passing through landscapes of rare beauty where the deep green of fern and nalca forests blends with the blue of the ocean. Along the way, you pass through the picturesque village of Cochamó, known as the "Patagonia of the Alps" for its natural grandeur. The day ends on the shores of Lake Llanquihue, where cozy bungalows offer a peaceful and scenic retreat.
Km Stage: 75
The ride crosses a land rich in lakes nestled among mountains and the rainforests of Pérez Rosales National Park. The vivid colors of Lakes Rupanco and Puyehue create a breathtaking backdrop, while the fresh, pure air revitalizes the senses. In the afternoon, you can enjoy the famous natural hot springs of Aguas Calientes—a relaxing experience that rejuvenates both body and mind after the day’s effort. Overnight stay in bungalows.
Km Stage: 115
You tackle the majestic Puyehue Pass, the connecting point between Chile and Argentina, surrounded by a mountain landscape of extraordinary beauty. After the climb, a scenic descent leads to Lakes Espejo, Correntoso, and Nahuel Huapi—shimmering bodies of water that tell the geological story of these lands. Arrival in Villa La Angostura, a charming town on Lake Nahuel Huapi, marks the end of the day, with accommodation in comfortable hotels.
Km Stage: 95
A day dedicated to rest or to exploring on foot the Quetrihué Peninsula, famous for its Arrayanes forest—trees with reddish trunks and velvety bark, a unique ecosystem in the world. The 12 km trek immersed in nature offers unforgettable views, and those who prefer can return by boat, enjoying a pleasant journey across the lake. Evening and overnight stay at the hotel.
Through Nahuel Huapi and Lanín National Parks, you follow the famous "Camino de los Siete Lagos" (Seven Lakes Route), renowned for its lake landscapes, conifer forests, and panoramic views of the Andes. The route offers encounters with pristine and diverse nature, featuring shimmering waters, clear skies, and majestic mountains. The day ends in the peaceful town of San Martín de los Andes, where you stay overnight in a hotel.
Km Stage: 110
The final day of cycling leads along Lake Meliquina and the Córdoba Pass, crossing mountainous areas and crystal-clear rivers. The final descent passes through unique rock formations and follows the course of the Limay River, offering spectacular views all the way to the arrival in San Carlos de Bariloche. Here, the journey concludes with a farewell dinner in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Note: it is possible to extend the trip with an extra day to explore the most beautiful and scenic spots around Bariloche.

Travel Tour Overview
An extraordinary journey into the heart of Patagonia, designed for those who see the bicycle not just as a mode of transport, but as a true tool of discovery. Far from the beaten track and deep into wild, unspoiled nature, this tour takes you from the Pacific Ocean to the great Andean lakes, crossing the Andes from west to east and linking southern Chile with Argentina. Each day brings new and breathtaking scenery: majestic fjords, ancient forests, snow-capped volcanoes, green valleys, and turquoise lakes nestled between mountains.
The pace is perfect for those who enjoy riding with intensity but without haste. The route covers approximately 600 kilometers over six riding days, combining around 400 km of paved roads with 200 km of well-compacted gravel. Daily stages average about 100 km with roughly 800 meters of elevation gain per day. The seventh day is dedicated to rest or optional activities in a location of exceptional natural beauty.
Along the way, there are frequent stops to eat, recharge, and take in the views—each bend in the road reveals something worth pausing for. The tour traverses five national parks and passes through remote regions, far from mass tourism, where silence and wilderness define the rhythm of the journey. It’s a physical and sensory crossing, carefully balanced between challenge and enjoyment.
Weather conditions can vary significantly: temperatures range between 5°C and 25°C, but the wind—often strong in Patagonia—can make it feel much colder. Riders must be well equipped with waterproof gear, windproof layers, and thermal clothing adaptable to changing conditions.
The tour is led by experienced local guides and supported by a backup vehicle always close by. It carries luggage and is available should anyone need a rest or encounter mechanical issues. Lunches are served outdoors in scenic spots along the route and consist of fresh, simple, energy-rich foods. Dinners are full culinary experiences, enjoyed together after a full day on the bike and filled with local flavor.
A mountain bike with fast-rolling tires (semi-slick) or a gravel bike with 700x40 tires is recommended. Each cyclist should carry a helmet, water bottle or hydration pack (like a CamelBak), a small handlebar bag or backpack, a windbreaker, and a basic repair kit (two spare tubes, Allen keys, and a small pump).
Accommodations have been carefully selected for comfort and authenticity, ranging from cozy lodges to local hotels. The group is limited to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure a personalized and well-supported experience.
This is more than just a cycling holiday—it’s a complete immersion in one of the world’s most awe-inspiring landscapes. A true physical adventure for those in good shape, but above all, an opportunity to explore Patagonia deeply, freely, and meaningfully—on two wheels and with a spirit of exploration.
