Meeting in Bishkek and departure for Karakol, with a first stop at Skazka Canyon, also known as the Fairytale Canyon, famous for its extraordinary red rock formations. Arrival in the afternoon at the Kokjayk pasture, located in the Valley of Flowers within the Djety-Oguz Gorge, nicknamed "Switzerland" for its charming forests of fir, junipers, and birch trees that adorn the valley. Here, you can admire the seven red rock formations, including the "Broken Heart and Seven Bulls" mountains. After a scenic hike to a hidden waterfall among the mountains, you will continue your journey to Karakol. Dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.
After breakfast, we set off for the Karakol Gorge, where we will reach the first bridge, located in the gorge following the Djety-Oguz Valley. From here, we will begin an exciting trek to the "Sirota" hut, surrounded by the stunning nature of the Kurgaktor Gorge. At the end of the day, we will settle in for dinner and overnight camping at an altitude of 2500 meters. Lunch, dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, we begin the trek to Ala-Kul Lake, located at an altitude of 3,532 meters. The ascent is steep but not particularly long, leading us through a picturesque fir tree forest to the Ala-Kul valley. The route from the Sirota hut to the lake offers spectacular views, and once we arrive, we will be surrounded by impressive peaks and glaciers, with an extraordinary view of the Terskey Ala-Too mountain range. At the end of the day, we will settle in for dinner and overnight camping in the Keldike Gorge, at an altitude of 3,200 meters. Lunch, dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, we begin the trek to the Altyn-Arashan valley, crossing the picturesque Keldike gorge. The breathtaking views of Altyn-Arashan attract numerous tourists and it is a favored destination for adventure lovers, also known for its hot springs. You will have the opportunity to soak in a radon water pool. Lunch will be served at the Altyn-Arashan guesthouse. In the afternoon, we will meet our driver for a transfer to Karakol on an old Russian truck. Dinner is free. Overnight.
After breakfast, we begin our journey to Bishkek, following the northern side of Issyk-Kul Lake. Along the way, we will stop to visit the enchanting Grigorievskoye and Semenovskoye gorges, two natural wonders that connect with each other. We will enter one gorge and exit through the other, enjoying spectacular views. In Kyrchyn, you will have the opportunity to witness the Nomad Games, which include exciting equestrian competitions and archery. This event will allow you to immerse yourself in the nomadic culture of the region. Finally, we will head to Bishkek, where we will conclude our service.
